Spectacular Cedar Creek Homes on KCH&G Boulevard of Dreams Homes Tour To Benefit FOX 4 Love Fund for Children

Olathe, KS, June 25, 2009 – Three spectacular $1.7+ million homes in western Olathe’s Cedar Creek community will be open for tours and special events to benefit the Fox 4 Love Fund for Children from August 22nd – 30th.

This year’s Kansas City Homes & Gardens Magazine 2009 Boulevard of Dreams features three exceptional homes being constructed in Cedar Creek’s North Shore Estates Subdivision by B.L. Rieke & Associates, Bryant-Ratliff Construction and Forner - La Voy Builders.

The homes will be open to the public August 22nd and 23rd and August 26th through the 30th. Advance tickets are available at Hen House Markets and Nebraska Furniture Mart for $12 or at the door for $15.

The homes will also be open for an August 15th Cedar Creek residents fundraiser and August 18th gala fundraiser and sponsor event, and an August 25th fundraising event for realtors and builders.

Proceeds from the fundraisers, ticket sales and other related activities will be donated to the FOX 4 Love Fund for Children. The Love Fund’s vision is to improve the quality of life for children in need and to help raise their self-esteem. The Love Fund states that it is essentially a "last resort". They provide goods and services when there is no other resource available.

In support of the project, Kansas City Homes and Gardens Magazine is producing a magazine for the event. FOX 4 Television has committed to run public service announcements leading up to the event. Other project sponsors include First National Bank, Shawnee Mission Medical Center, Nebraska Furniture Mart and the Kansas City Star.
